HomePriceTrends is a residential market condition analytics tool that provides near real-time data and reports on local home prices, sales activity and market conditions related to specific market areas, property types or individual properties. The solution supports every step and function of the mortgage life cycle including origination, underwriting, quality control, servicing, portfolio review, default management and more.

Risk Profiler®

Risk Profiler is an automated analytical tool designed to help improve the property valuation process, helping to provide efficiency gains, cost savings and valuation accuracy verification. The solution conducts detailed analyses of appraisal reports to identify probable valuation risks and support appraisal-quality reviews.

Validate

Validate is our consumer-facing mobile solution that leverages computer-vision technology, a condition-adjusted AVM, up-to-date property data and user-provided photos to objectively determine a property’s value and available equity. The solution’s GPS-tracking capabilities verify the authenticity of the photos taken at the property.

Valuation Selector

Valuation Selector helps accelerate and streamline the property valuation process by analyzing public records, assessor and listing data to assess and recommend the appropriate valuation type to use. By determining the valuation method upfront, Valuation Selector accelerates the property valuation process, helping to reduce unnecessary origination costs and turn times.
