ICE BI rule-based agents allow you to query business rules and filter data to automate various servicing processes directly in MSP at scale through APIs or Web Services. The agents can apply over 80 automated actions for greater efficiency and consistency, including foreclosure eligibility checks, final payment handling, fee reversals, note creation, waivers and letter generation. ICE BI agents can also alert the servicer to perform a review and initiate additional actions if needed.
