What is changing?
IMT business platforms and applications will move from existing owned and co-location facilities to production data centers we operate in Chicago, Illinois. In addition, the corresponding Disaster Recovery and non-production systems will move to our datacenter in Mahwah, New Jersey. The migration will not impact any services currently operated in public data centers such as Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Please note for the eMBS product, production will reside in Mahwah, NJ while DR/PT will reside in Cermak, Illinois.
What is the approach to migration?
As new infrastructure will be deployed, platforms will be accessed via new URLs and IP addresses across public internet and new private IGN and VPN connections. These changes allow systems to be tested ahead of launch dates without impacting current production. Platforms will have staggered launch dates with test dates requiring customer and partner participation ahead of go-live.

What is the impact of this move in general?
What is the timeframe for the move?
The timeline for all impacted platforms is currently being formulated and will be provided as soon as it is finalized. The details of each phase will be communicated as required.
Which platforms will be affected?
All platforms in the above list will be affected.
Will testing be available and when?
Testing will be available ahead of launch dates for all platforms that the migration impacts. Existing/legacy systems will not be impacted while testing takes place.
What are the new IP Addresses/Ports/DNS names we will need to connect to? Will a 1-1 mapping be provided?
Changes to DNS names, IP Addresses, and ports will be published in new ICE Mortgage Technology's Firewall & Proxy documents.
Will this include changes to any ICE Mortgage Technology APIs or specifications?
This project is infrastructure only. The existing structure, workflows of ICE Mortgage Technology's APIs and resulting specifications will not change as part of this migration.
Will IP restrictions and allow lists remain for existing clients?
Every effort will be made to transfer existing IP address Allow/Deny lists from legacy infrastructure to the new infrastructure. This will be reviewed and communicated depending on the platform you are accessing.
Will user credentials transition over?
Yes, user credentials will be transitioned without additional actions required.
What options are available if a firm cannot move over in time?
Customers should make every effort to complete all necessary changes ahead of schedule to ensure a seamless migration. Testing weekends will be offered for end-to-end testing validation. What due diligence information will I receive for the new data centers?
All applicable due diligence information that you have historically received, such as SOC 2 reports for the data centers, will be updated in the ordinary course following each applicable migration to account for this change.
What applications are included in the MSP/Servicing platform?
MSP includes the mainframe, Connect Direct, IP Print, and TN3270.
Servicing includes the full suite of servicing solutions. A comprehensive list of in-scope applications will be provided to clients through our standard Client Advisory process in Q1 2026.
What environments across applications will be impacted?
All environments, including lower level (UAT, QA) and production, will transition to ICE data centers.
Regarding the phased migration approach, can clients request to migrate all applications at one time?
No. Platforms will have staggered launch schedules, with test dates requiring customer and partner participation ahead of go-live.
What is the planned communication timeline? Will a roadmap be provided?
Multiple advisories have already been sent to MSP and Servicing clients using Connect Direct, IP Print, and TN3270. Reminder communications will continue until all required client actions are completed.
Q1 2026: First advisory covering all Servicing applications (scope list + preliminary network details)
120 days prior: Application-specific advisories for UAT migration
90/60/30 days prior: Detailed network configurations and timeline confirmations
Will a testing consideration checklist be provided for future test plans?
Yes. Application‑specific test plans will be provided with the applicable client advisory.
When will the MSP Jacksonville (JTC) and Richmond (RTC) data centers be decommissioned?
As previously communicated, the MSP mainframe business recovery (DR) location will move from Jacksonville, FL to Mahwah, NJ on February 22, 2026. The migration of the MSP mainframe production environment from Richmond, VA to Chicago, IL will be communicated in a future client advisory.
What if our company is unable to meet the dates provided in the client advisories?
Clients should make every effort to complete all necessary changes ahead of schedule to ensure a seamless migration. Testing weekends will be available to support end-to-end testing validation. If a client is unable to meet the timeline, they are strongly encouraged to reach out to their normal ICE Client Support contact as soon as possible.
