Schedule
ICE Mortgage Technology's datacenter relocation starts later in 2025. Details around dates/testing and changes will be communicated in subsequent notices. You do not need to take any action at this time.
What is changing?
ICE Mortgage Technology business platforms and applications will move from existing co-location facilities to production data centers we operate in Chicago, Illinois. In addition, the corresponding Disaster Recovery and non-production systems will move to our datacenter in Mahwah, New Jersey.
What is the approach to migration?
As new infrastructure will be deployed, platforms will be accessed via new IP addresses across the public internet. Your Paragon url will not be changing. Platforms will have staggered launch dates with test dates requiring customer and partner participation ahead of go-live. Paragon MLS customers who utilize third-party Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions will require additional coordination between ICE and your SSO partner. Additional technical notifications will be shared with customers and vendors to guarantee uninterrupted access to this essential service.
