It has a Flex Column component as a wrapper to contain the combination of components.
Inside that, there is an Image component placed directly above a Belt. Inside the Belt is a Flex Row component, with two Rich Texts, one in each column.
The Belt uses the Fixed Spacing selection to constrain the width of the non-image content.
In the Layout config in the Belt, the Margin Top is set to -40. This is what makes the content in the Belt overlay on top of the image.
NOTE: there is no more Hero region/Main region distinction, just Main, and it runs the full width of the page.
The button and links below are done with a Flex Row with three columns
Section-box-2-title
You don't need a Flex Column to provide the background color; if it's just a single component, you can select the color (and a border) in the Layout config.
Section-banner-belt
This Belt has the Fixed Spacing selected, so that content in it is constrained to 1320px
This Rich Text has Padding Bottom of 10, to give some space between it and the content below.
Each Flex Column in the rows below has the same height specified in pixels, and the Align Items selection is set to Center, so the Image is centered. NOTE: the text inside the Rich Text, inside each Flex Column, still has to be aligned in the Rich Text editor.
There is no Bottom Padding in the second Flex Row or the Belt; in this situation there is Padding Top in the section below, because it has background color.
