Encompass legacy service ordering transition

At ICE, our mission is to drive innovation and equip mortgage professionals with the ability to enhance the borrower experience, maximize ROI, and improve efficiency with advanced technology. To achieve this, we’re continuing to focus our efforts on optimizing modern solutions and transitioning from legacy technologies, including ePass, TQL, EMN, and PSDK (Partner Software Development Kit).

To best support our customers, we are extending the legacy service ordering transition deadline to December 31, 2026. This additional time period provides an opportunity for our clients to confidently adopt and implement a robust, enhanced modern technology stack as you retire legacy integrations and applications.

Thanks to our collaborative efforts, significant progress has already been made:

  • With over 70% of service orders now flowing through EPC—and more than 90% in several categories—we’re making great strides. This momentum is a testament to your commitment.
  • Partner services on Encompass Partner Connect continue to grow rapidly, driven by new and enhanced offerings from our partners.
  • Together, we’ve hit a huge milestone—more lenders are now leveraging EPC than legacy service ordering.

We encourage you to continue making steady progress, using this additional time to confidently complete the transition. Together, we can ensure a seamless shift to innovative, future-forward technology.

Key highlights:

  • EPC transition deadline extended: The EPC transition deadline has been extended to December 31, 2026.
  • Ongoing deprecation rollouts: Our partners have made significant progress in their transition efforts. Deprecation timelines will continue to be communicated in advance of the new deadline and will proceed as planned by your providers.
  • Encouragement to continue migration: Providers have invested significant resources building out their EPC services. We strongly encourage you to continue your migration efforts and maintain close collaboration with your providers to fully leverage new capabilities and support the deprecation of legacy integrations.
  • Final transition date: All ICE customers and partners are required to complete their transition away from legacy integrations by December 31, 2026.

Mark your calendars for December 31, 2026

to move all your service ordering to Encompass Partner Connect™.
