Encompass® legacy service ordering and SDK transition deadline – October 31, 2025

The date to transition from legacy service ordering and SDK technology is quickly approaching.

Here’s what you need to know.

Who is impacted: clients and partners using TQL, EPASS, PSDK or Ellie Mae Network to order services such as flood, appraisal, etc. Clients and partners using SDK-based plugins or applications.

What is happening: after October 31, 2025, ICE is transitioning away from these integration types.

Important: take action now to avoid any disruption of services.

I’m using the SDK

  • Identify if you are using any of the following legacy service ordering pathways: TQL, EPASS PSDK or EMN
  • Establish service ordering via EPC enabled service providers
  • Reminder: please be sure to communicate with your partners, as they may have transition deadlines before October 2025.

Now – identify which legacy technology you are using and complete your transition by October 31, 2025

  • Transition all your service ordering to EPC to ensure you’re prepared for October 31, 2025

October 1, 2025

  • If you will need access to SDK-based applications and plug-ins after Oct. 31, 2025, request SDK transitional access from your ICE Relationship Manager by Oct. 1
  • Legacy service ordering will no longer be available starting Nov 1
November 1, 2025
  • SDK-based applications and plug-ins will not load properly without SDK transitional access starting Nov. 1
  • Not applicable

May 1, 2026

  • If SDK transitional access is enabled, monthly usage fees will start to be incurred for continued use of the SDK-based applications and plug-ins starting May 1
