Webinar Series: Automate with Workflow Rules

Workflow Rules drive successful workflow automation and allow you to adopt an exception-based workflow. In this course, we'll look at how you can use and configure Workflow Rules for use in both the desktop and web versions of Encompass. We’ll look at how Workflow Rules enable you to automate each piece of your workflow, such as ordering services, adding and clearing Enhanced Conditions, emailing notifications and adding and completing Workflow Tasks. Finally, we'll explore the Automation Audit feature to monitor the status of your Workflow Rules.
