New URLA Train-the-Trainer Workshop

Now that the new URLA form is in place ongoing training is beneficial in learning the best practices for the new form. Give your trainers the tools they need to deliver engaging and compelling Encompass technical training workshops and enable your users to confidently implement the URLA changes.

Each participant will engage in the full training, "Generating the New URLA with Encompass", to ensure they have a full understanding of the end-user impact within Encompass. The workshop will also focus on using facilitation to master training delivery, avoiding change resistance, and designing a training environment.

With the guidance of our expert instructors, each trainer will receive training materials and opportunities to share and learn best practices for new URLA form input.

This training will prepare your trainers to assist their teams to avoid origination and closing delays.
