Simplifile® is used by title agents, settlement agents, county recorders, and loan servicing organizations to streamline steps in the mortgage process. Simplifile technology facilitates the upload and scanning of recordable documents, supports the required indexing of those documents, and then routes those documents to the appropriate county. In addition, Simplifile aids pre-close, closing, and post-closing collaboration between mortgage lenders and settlement agents on documents, fees, as well as electronic signing and eNotarization.
In 2019, Simplifile was acquired by ICE (NYSE:ICE), a global data, technology, and market infrastructure company that designs, builds, and operates digital networks to connect people to opportunity. And in 2020, Simplifile officially became part of ICE Mortgage Technology, a division of ICE, along with Encompass® and MERS®. Throughout the application, the primary interaction color has been updated, and is most noticeable on call-to-action buttons. Changes were made to our color palette and applied to various interface elements.
Here are the other UI design changes that were made:
These branding updates went live for Simplifile users on October 12th, 2021.
