Welcome to ICE Mortgage Technology’s brand guidelines and resource hub. Here, you’ll find detailed branding standards and downloadable assets to support your work. Please review the guidelines carefully to ensure proper logo usage.

ICE Experience

ICE logo

The ICE logo is the foundation of our visual identity and should always be used as provided; never altered, redrawn, or reconfigured.

Formats:

PNG for digital use
EPS for print use

Going to market:

Use "ICE" when going to market; reference "Mortgage Technology" only as a business unit, not as a standalone brand or logo.
Capitalize the "E" in ICE and in business unit names (e.g., ICE Mortgage Technology).

Logo usage restrictions

To maintain the integrity of our brand, the ICE logo must always appear exactly as provided. The following are examples of what not to do:

Do not change the colors or use tints, shades, or unapproved variations.
Do not add effects such as shadows, glows, or outlines.
Do not rotate or change the orientation of the logo.
Do not attach product names or other text directly to the logo

Do not warp, stretch, or distort any part of the logo. Always maintain its correct proportions.
Do not place the logo on backgrounds that create poor contrast or make it hard to read.
Do not create outlined versions or any other unapproved modifications.

These rules apply to all versions of the logo, in both print and digital formats.

Clear space & minimum size

Clear Space: maintain space around the logo equal to the height and width of the “e” in ICE.
Minimum size:

— Digital: 16px wide

— Print: 48px / 12.7mm / 0.5in wide

Color options

Preferred: two-color ICE Blue and Black on white background

Two-color reverse: for black backgrounds to create variety or draw attention.
One-color black: for single-color black applications.
One-color white: for black backgrounds or when white is the only viable option in print.

Program badges

Badges are provided to approved partners in the Partner Success Program or the Consulting Partner Program.

Use only your assigned badge and maintain its original proportions and colors.
Approved uses: website, email signatures, printed marketing materials.

Do:

Refer to your organization as a “participant” or “member” of the program. Submit materials with ICE branding to the Partner Resource Center before publishing.

Do Not:

Use “certified” or similar terms to describe your involvement.
Make forward-looking claims about ICE products or services.

Product and solution naming

To maintain strong brand awareness around the ICE brand, it is vital that we ensure our product and solution names are used consistently and correctly. To the right is a list of the brand product / solution names within the ICE Mortgage Technology portfolio.

Please use the full product name with the appropriate trademark symbol when first mentioning an ICE Mortgage Technology offering within the body of your content. After the first mention, you may then use the shortened product name throughout the rest of your content.

Legal and copyright information

The term “ICE Mortgage Technology” is both a trademark and a trade name. When used to describe the company’s software products or SaaS services, it is a trademark and must be used with the ® symbol. When used only to refer to ICE Mortgage Technology, it is being used as a trade name and no trademark is necessary—do not use the ® symbol.

When to add copyright info

Please include the below copyright notice and attribution statement in small, but still legible, print in any published materials mentioning Encompass, Simplifile, or other ICE Mortgage Technology trademarks. The registered mark should always be superscripted, except at the beginning of the copyright notice.

The format for ICE Mortgage Technology’s copyright notice is as follows:

When to add a trademark

The first instance of each trade name should be accompanied by either the ® or ™ mark, as needed. Refrain from using those marks in headlines, subheads, quotes, art or graphics. Placement is ideally in the first mention within the body copy — not every time the product or service is listed on the
